The Creative Lab Media Studio is a core instructional environment—not an elective—that integrates storytelling, media literacy, creative technology, and interdisciplinary learning into the daily DGLA experience.
Led by Jarrett Johnson—a Grammy-winning music producer, creative director, performing artist, and multidisciplinary storyteller—in collaboration with licensed educators, the studio gives students access to professional creative insight while helping them discover and develop their own voices. Through his gifts in music, movement, visual expression, production, and storytelling, Jarrett guides students in transforming ideas into meaningful creative work.
