How We Support Every Learner
At DeGrio Global Learning Academy, learner support is woven into daily instruction rather than treated as a separate program. Our approach is grounded in DGLA’s Support, Regulation, and Growth (SRG) framework — a school-based, non-clinical model that helps students build self-regulation, executive functioning, and confidence alongside their academic growth.
ACADEMIC SUPPORT
Differentiated instruction, flexible grouping, and ongoing progress monitoring help every student work at an appropriate level of challenge, with regular check-ins through report cards, progress reports, and family conferences.
SPECIALIZED & INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORT
Instructional aides, interventionists, and specialists work alongside classroom teachers to provide targeted support where it’s needed. DGLA educators do not diagnose or provide clinical treatment; when a student’s needs call for licensed clinical care, families are referred to appropriate professionals.
